Historic

Historic Federal Building, downtown, Lakeland, Florida. This building was built between 1917 to 1919 and used as the Post Office in Lakeland until 1963. In 1963, it started housing other governmental agencies. It appears to be vacant at this time. I hope you enjoy and thank you for stopping by.

Weekly Photo Challenge: Urban

The theme for this Week’s Photo Challenge is: Urban. My husband and I just moved to Lakeland, Florida in March after living in Tampa, Florida for the past 9 years. We are both originally from the lovely State of Maine. I already love Lakeland. Although, it is a bigger town/city, downtown isn’t that big compared to the Tampa Bay area. From what I have seen so far, downtown Lakeland, has both its busy and serene moments. I hope you enjoy my vision of this Week’s Photo Challenge: Urban. Diana, Princess of Wales

Weekly Photo Challenge – Merge

When I was younger I loved making/creating collages. I would sit for hours cutting out all of my favorite pictures and quotes from newspapers and magazines and then arrange them on a piece of construction paper or poster board.
